Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California, within 2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated transit time within the contiguous United States is 3–7 business days after shipment. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Transit times are estimates and may vary with the destination, carrier, weather, and peak shipping periods.

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

If we cannot ship within the stated processing time, we will notify you, provide an updated estimate, and offer cancellation and a refund as required by applicable law. Where required, we will obtain your consent before delaying shipment.

If your package is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but not received, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution.

6. Refunds
